Manufacturing Excellence
Lambson’s sophisticated manufacturing process ensures exceptional quality and consistency. Each decorative moulding begins with careful material selection. We typically use MDF, but we readily recommend alternative materials if they are more appropriate for specific applications.
All mouldings undergo a precise lamination process using paint grade paper foil, primer foil, CPL, or vinyl. Our heated belt roller systems compress materials to exact thicknesses, before baking them to create durable, hardened surfaces.
