Solid Surface Corian Worktops

We specialise in creating innovative solid surface solutions that combine the premium aesthetics of Corian with intelligent engineering. Our worktops feature a 10-12mm Corian surface bonded to a strong wooden core, with upturned or downturned edges that create the appearance of solid Corian construction.

The non-porous nature of Corian prevents staining and inhibits bacterial growth, making it ideal for environments where hygiene is paramount, such as kitchens and bathrooms. This versatile material can be thermoformed to achieve complex shapes, and its renewable surface can be restored to pristine condition by sanding and repolishing.

Setting Sustainability Standards

Our Corian solutions exemplify our commitment to sustainability. These surfaces can be re-fabricated over existing worktops, eliminating the need for complete replacement. They can be renewed and revived when re-sanded. Even the material itself is made up of recycled content, primarily derived from aluminium byproducts combined with resin.

Solid Surface Aesthetics, Without the Weight

For yachts and touring vehicles, our core technology reduces weight by up to 60% compared to traditional solid surfaces, while maintaining the exact same aesthetic appeal, durability, and performance of full Corian.

We bond a 3mm thick Corian surface to a lightweight core. This means users can enjoy all the benefits of a Corian worktop without the expensive fuel costs that the full weight of Corian would incur.

Lightweight HPL Innovation

As Europe's leading manufacturer of lightweight timber-based materials, we've revolutionised HPL worktop construction. Unlike traditional chipboard cores, which add unnecessary weight and risk moisture-related swelling, our lightweight cores maintain stability while significantly reducing mass. This innovation maintains the durability of HPL surfaces while offering thousands of covering options to meet any specification.
