Right now, we’re looking for a skilled Paint Line Operator to join our production team at our West Yorkshire site, working in our newly completed paint facility.

The Role
As our new Paint Line Operator, you’ll play a vital part in our finishing process, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating, setting, and maintaining paint finishing lines (ideally Mito) using pumps
- Setting up and fine-tuning spray guns and pumps to deliver optimal finish
- Identifying and preventing quality issues before they impact production
- Supporting production efficiency and working to scheduled targets
- Training and mentoring team members on equipment use and proper techniques
- Communicating clearly with colleagues across departments
- Upholding our Health and Safety standards at every stage of the process
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with technical skills, along with the right attitude. You should be organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
You’ll need to have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a painting/finishing role
- In-depth knowledge of automated paint systems
- The ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- A proactive approach to planning and quality control
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Working Hours & Benefits
This is a full-time role based in West Yorkshire.
Hours:
- 4 Day Week, Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 17:30 (44 hours/week)
- Occasional overtime available on Fridays
